Novena to Saint Therese, "The Little Flower"

I sometimes listen to a Catholic Radio Station, Relevant Radio (AM 640), and on November 1 - All Saints Day - people called in to tell their amazing personal stories about saints they pray to for intercession, and what impact it has had on their lives. There were many "go to" saints that were mentioned, but the one who resonated with me was Saint Therese, "The Little Flower of Jesus".

Therese is considered the greatest saint of modern times, and promised that "she will spend her heaven doing good on earth." The Little Flower Saint is known to let a rose fall from heaven as she intercedes on a person's behalf. The signature rose has been described by many, and now it is my turn to add to the miraculous list.

I started the novena and three days into it, as I was cleaning out my neglected garage, I came across this rose in the midst of one big mess. To me it was absolutely remarkable and a sign that Saint Therese had clearly taken up my cause. While I will not get into the particulars of my personal request, suffice it to say that my prayers were soon answered. I share this story because it is a powerful reminder that, even in the messiest of places, hope springs eternal. Stay awake for the Kingdom of God is at hand, and your next miracle is about to happen.

St. Therese, Child of Jesus, pray for us!  🌹
