Is Your Child Keeping Up & Ready to Receive?

Father Ronny is prepared to give
Holy Communion to us all.
It is hard to believe, but we are already in the third week of Lent, and have only 7 classes remaining in this school year. In that God made the world in a week, I am confident that He will handle leading us through the completion of our lessons.

Are you traveling the Road to the Resurrection? This week we are focusing on kindness to yourself and others. I hope you have found time to look at this activity and that it has been worthwhile.

Also, please take a moment to get a pulse on how your child is doing in Sunday school. Are they happy? Do they want to come? Are they learning? While every student is important, I am particularly interested in the second graders who are preparing to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation for the first time and Solemn Holy Communion in May.

As such, I call your attention to the Right Sidebar on the Home Page of this blog, entitled "Second Grade Student Material". There you will find all the information you will need as their big day fast approaches.

Importantly, there you will also find a basic Assessment Tool that I am asking you to complete and return to me. I will review the information and develop a teaching strategy for the remaining classes to focus on individual and class needs, so that every child is ready to receive.

Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Plush
