As Divine Providence would have it, this Sunday's gospel reading is the Prodigal Son (Luke 15: 11-32). It is also the heart of the lesson your child will be learning in Sunday school, as we continue to move toward the study of the Sacrament of Penance. I look to those rare occasions where Father Ronny and I are in sync. It is powerful.
